Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We also believe that our tour group sizes should be small. Smaller groups allow for more interaction with our guides and a better chance to see otters, deer, and birds. Most of all, your guide can better assistance in "coaching" with paddling techniques for a more efficient and effortless paddle stroke.

Tony Barbarette, the owner and guide for Smoky Mountain Kayaking has been involved in kayaking since 1980 as a American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor, Advance Lifeguard Instructor, and a American Canoe & Kayak Instructor. Your safety and comfort is his first priority so as to making your tour a learning experience.
